Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Battleship Gray, 2006 by Changha Hwang for EUR 3,825.00. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art 2 at Artcurial in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Changha Hwang have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2012 by the work Liquid Iron at EUR 4,375.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Battleship Gray, 2006 von Changha Hwang für EUR 3.825,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art 2 bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Changha Hwang wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2012 die Arbeit Liquid Iron mit EUR 4.375,00.
