A top price for Carol Bove
In September 2018 Phillips in New York held the auction Art for One Drop, which included the work Young Lovers by Carol Bove. The »bidding war« ended at USD 308,000.00 (€ 265,014.63), 40% above the upper estimate. With this result, Young Lovers is even the most expensive work of art by Carol Bove that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im September 2018 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Art for One Drop durch, in der auch die Arbeit Young Lovers von Carol Bove zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 308.000,00 (€ 265.014,63) und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Young Lovers sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Carol Bove, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
