It achieved a price of USD 32,500.00 (€ 26,379.87), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Carlos Garaicoa; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled (from the series New Architectures) sold at auction in September 2010 with the realized price of USD 56,250.00 (€ 41,357.25).

Die Arbeit Sin Título (Untitled) von Carlos Garaicoa kam im März 2018 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 26.379,87) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Carlos Garaicoa; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled (from the series New Architectures) im September 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 41.357,25).
