This work without title by Carlo Zinelli was sold in the Outsider and Vernacular Art auction at Christies in New York in January 2019. The »bidding war« ended at USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,004.54), 38% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carlo Zinelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled, 1957, which sold at auction in January 2019 for USD 50,000.00 (€ 43,652.87).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Carlo Zinelli wurde im Januar 2019 in der Auktion Outsider and Vernacular Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.004,54) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Carlo Zinelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled, 1957 beobachtet, die im Januar 2019 für USD 50.000,00 (€ 43.652,87) versteigert wurde.
