A top price for Carlo Labruzzi - as previously expected
The work The Temple of Minerva, Rome; and The Tomb of Cecilia Metella on the via Appia by Carlo Labruzzi was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2010. It changed hands for a price of GBP 46,850.00 (€ 55,985.68) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Temple of Minerva, Rome; and The Tomb of Cecilia Metella on the via Appia is the most expensive artwork by Carlo Labruzzi that we have observed at auctions so far.
