Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Il Ponte held the auction Arte moderna e contemporanea, which included the work Testa femminile by Carlo Carrà. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Carrà achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il meriggio in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 480,050.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Testa femminile von Carlo Carrà zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Carrà erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il meriggio im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 480.050,00.
