The work Campagna in Brianza by Carlo Carrà was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May this year. It achieved a price of EUR 14,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Carrà achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il meriggio in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 480,050.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Campagna in Brianza von Carlo Carrà wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 14.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Carrà erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il meriggio im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 480.050,00.
