Upper estimate price exceeded by 32 %.
In November this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Carlo Carrà. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 33,000.00 32% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carlo Carrà achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il meriggio in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 480,050.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Carlo Carrà zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 33.000,00 und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carlo Carrà erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il meriggio im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 480.050,00.
