Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Carl Hammoud achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2014. In the Contemporary auction, the work without title sold for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,803.18) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carl Hammoud have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Destroy Restore" in November 2014 with an auction result of SEK 210,000.00 (€ 22,641.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carl Hammoud erzielte im November 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.803,18) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Hammoud auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Destroy Restore" im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 210.000,00 (€ 22.641,10).
