Admittedly, works by Carel Visser have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dubbelvorm 5 (Double form 5) in October last year with an auction result of EUR 94,500.00.

Die Arbeit Vruchten von Carel Visser kam im April letzten Jahres bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 11.340,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carel Visser auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dubbelvorm 5 (Double form 5) im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 94.500,00.
