Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Prado by Carel Visser was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 3,780.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carel Visser achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dubbelvorm 5 (Double form 5) in October last year with an auction result of EUR 94,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Prado von Carel Visser kam im Juni 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.780,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carel Visser erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dubbelvorm 5 (Double form 5) im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 94.500,00.
