Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction Prints & Multiples, which included the work Cachat's-Majestic, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc by Cândido Aragonez de Faria. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 2,040.00 (€ 2,085.25) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Cândido Aragonez de Faria have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2016 the work Cachat'S-Majestic was auctioned for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,601.00).

Im September letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion Prints & Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cachat's-Majestic, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc von Cândido Aragonez de Faria zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 2.040,00 (€ 2.085,25) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Cândido Aragonez de Faria konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2016 die Arbeit Cachat'S-Majestic für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.601,00) versteigert.
