Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year Bonhams in London held the auction Modern British and Irish Art, which included this untitled work by Bryan Wynter. The price achieved of GBP 2,560.00 (€ 2,966.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bryan Wynter achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work In The Stream'S Path in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 131,000.00 (€ 154,567.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Bryan Wynter zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.560,00 (€ 2.966,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bryan Wynter erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit In The Stream'S Path im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 131.000,00 (€ 154.567,12).
