Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Group with Crab by Bryan Wynter was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Bonhams in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 1,785.00 (€ 1,994.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bryan Wynter achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work In The Stream'S Path in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 131,000.00 (€ 154,567.12).

Die Arbeit Group with Crab von Bryan Wynter wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.785,00 (€ 1.994,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bryan Wynter erzielen.
