Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Fate in Bloom by Brian Fahlstrom for USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,576.62). This price was achieved in the auction Under the Influence at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Brian Fahlstrom have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2010 by the work Your Places For Me at USD 13,750.00 (€ 11,116.50).
