Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled from Case History by Boris Mikhailov was auctioned at Phillips in London in May 2015. It achieved a price of GBP 8,375.00 (€ 11,644.56), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Boris Mikhailov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Twenty-Three Works From By The Ground Series in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 57,500.00 (€ 67,112.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled from Case History von Boris Mikhailov kam im Mai 2015 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 8.375,00 (€ 11.644,56) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Boris Mikhailov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Twenty-Three Works From By The Ground Series im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 57.500,00 (€ 67.112,80).
