Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Three Works From The By The Ground Series by Boris Mikhailov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,934.96) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Mikhailov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Twenty-Three Works From By The Ground Series in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 57,500.00 (€ 67,112.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Three Works From The By The Ground Series von Boris Mikhailov wurde im Juni 2015 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.934,96) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
