In June 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Three Works From The By The Ground Series by Boris Mikhailov. The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,229.96) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Mikhailov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Twenty-Three Works From By The Ground Series in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 57,500.00 (€ 67,112.80).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Works From The By The Ground Series von Boris Mikhailov zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.229,96) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Mikhailov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Twenty-Three Works From By The Ground Series im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 57.500,00 (€ 67.112,80).
