This work of art by Boris Lovet-Lorski could be acquired at Christies in New York in March 2009 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work Scenes Of Arcadia: A Pair Of Panels changed hands for USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,827.84) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Lovet-Lorski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Standing Horses: A Pair of Works in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 324,500.00 (€ 278,063.41).
