Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2019 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction, which included the work Watercolour V by Bob Law. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 81,250.00 (€ 94,244.17). Other works by Bob Law have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 101,100.00 (€ 115,020.78) in March this year for the work Nothing to be Afraid of V 16.7.69.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Watercolour V von Bob Law zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 81.250,00 (€ 94.244,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Bob Law haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 101.100,00 (€ 115.020,78) im März diesen Jahres für die Arbeit Nothing to be Afraid of V 16.7.69 beobachtet.
