Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Geese In Winter Reeds by Bian Shoumin was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 280,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 35,303.78). Admittedly, works by Bian Shoumin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Album of Geese and Other Subjects in June this year with an auction result of HKD 1,260,000.00 (€ 147,230.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Geese In Winter Reeds von Bian Shoumin kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 280.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 35.303,78) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bian Shoumin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Album of Geese and Other Subjects im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.260.000,00 (€ 147.230,77).
