Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Bernhard Martin could be acquired at Christies in Paris in June 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Get Art ! A 20th Century Escape auction, the work Sans titre changed hands for EUR 250.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bernhard Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Abströmen“. in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 12,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Bernhard Martin konnte im Juni 2020 bei Christies in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Get Art ! A 20th Century Escape wechselte die Arbeit Sans titre für EUR 250,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bernhard Martin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Abströmen“. im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.500,00.
