Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Bonhams in London held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included the work Hope by Eine. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 510.00 (€ 580.43) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eine achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Love Will Keep Us Together in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,049.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Hope von Eine zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 510,00 (€ 580,43) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eine erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Love Will Keep Us Together im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.049,81).
