It achieved a price of USD 24,130.00 (€ 21,896.55), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 21%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Barnaby Furnas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hamburger Hill in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 422,500.00 (€ 293,892.60).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 24.130,00 (€ 21.896,55) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 21%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Barnaby Furnas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hamburger Hill im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 422.500,00 (€ 293.892,60).
