Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work As Long As by Bari Kumar was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 37,000.00 (€ 23,410.31). Other works by Bari Kumar have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 391,500.00 (€ 32,230.82) in May 2008 for the work Silence II.

Die Arbeit As Long As von Bari Kumar kam im März 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 37.000,00 (€ 23.410,31) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Bari Kumar haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 391.500,00 (€ 32.230,82) im Mai 2008 für die Arbeit Silence II beobachtet.
