The work Adios by Bari Kumar was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2008. It achieved a price of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,134.14), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Admittedly, works by Bari Kumar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Silence II in May 2008 with an auction result of HKD 391,500.00 (€ 32,230.82).

Die Arbeit Adios von Bari Kumar kam im Mai 2008 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 4.134,14) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bari Kumar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Silence II im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 391.500,00 (€ 32.230,82).
