A top price for Axel Olson
This artwork by Axel Olson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "Woman figure in gray and black" sold for SEK 1,600,000.00 (€ 140,520.72) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 800,000.00. This high result makes "Woman figure in gray and black" the most expensive artwork by Axel Olson that we have observed at auctions so far.
