This artwork by Axel Olson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work From Arno, Firenze sold for SEK 160,000.00 (€ 13,786.37) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Axel Olson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Woman figure in gray and black" in November this year with an auction result of SEK 1,600,000.00 (€ 140,520.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Axel Olson erzielte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit From Arno, Firenze für SEK 160.000,00 (€ 13.786,37) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Axel Olson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Woman figure in gray and black" im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.600.000,00 (€ 140.520,72).
