Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Kväll vid havet" by Axel Olson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May last year. It achieved a price of SEK 36,000.00 (€ 3,435.28), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Axel Olson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Woman figure in gray and black" in November this year with an auction result of SEK 1,600,000.00 (€ 140,520.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Kväll vid havet" von Axel Olson kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 36.000,00 (€ 3.435,28) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Axel Olson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Woman figure in gray and black" im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.600.000,00 (€ 140.520,72).
