The work "Strand med fiskar och snäckor" by Axel Olson was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May last year. The result of SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,862.73) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Axel Olson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Woman figure in gray and black" in November this year with an auction result of SEK 1,600,000.00 (€ 140,520.72).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Strand med fiskar och snäckor" von Axel Olson wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.862,73) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Axel Olson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Woman figure in gray and black" im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.600.000,00 (€ 140.520,72).
