Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Axel Kargel could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Sale auction, the work "Hus Sandvik" (Motif from Öland) changed hands for SEK 20,000.00 (€ 2,216.29) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Axel Kargel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work House by the sea, Öland, Sweden, which sold at auction in April 2013 for SEK 40,000.00 (€ 4,684.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Axel Kargel konnte im April 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Sale wechselte die Arbeit "Hus Sandvik" (Motif from Öland) für SEK 20.000,00 (€ 2.216,29) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Axel Kargel mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit House by the sea, Öland, Sweden beobachtet, die im April 2013 für SEK 40.000,00 (€ 4.684,08) versteigert wurde.
