The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - USD 15,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than six times as high at USD 90,000.00 (€ 76,439.61). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Austyn Weiner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Working Through Not Knowing A Damn Thing About Any Thing, which sold at auction in October last year for GBP 226,800.00 (€ 264,219.49).
