The work Portrait Of A Lady, Traditionally Identified As Countess Zofia Potocka, Circa 1792/3 by Augustin Christian Ritt was sold in the Part I auction at Sothebys in London in December 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,281.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Augustin Christian Ritt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Prince Alexei Borisovich Kurakin (1759-1829) in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 200,000.00 (€ 225,593.92).
