Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Le grand café by Auguste Chabaud was sold in the Impressionist/Modern Works on Paper auction at Christies in London in February 2015. It achieved a price of GBP 812.00 (€ 1,119.63), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Auguste Chabaud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Femme À L'Étole De Fourrure in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 118,348.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Le grand café von Auguste Chabaud wurde im Februar 2015 in der Auktion Impressionist/Modern Works on Paper bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 812,00 (€ 1.119,63) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Auguste Chabaud erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Femme À L'Étole De Fourrure im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 118.348,80).
