Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 480.00 (€ 700.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Admittedly, works by Athanas Ivanovich Scheloumoff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work On The Scent in March 2006 with an auction result of GBP 2,040.00 (€ 2,922.95).
