Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Cina Radice by Arturo Duclos for GBP 188.00 (€ 236.17). This price was achieved in the auction Saturday@Phillips at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arturo Duclos achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work II Doloroso Calvario della veritá in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,235.20).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Cina Radice von Arturo Duclos für GBP 188,00 (€ 236,17) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Saturday@Phillips bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arturo Duclos erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit II Doloroso Calvario della veritá im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 3.235,20).
