Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Parisienne (Portrait of Hélène Linder) by Armand Point was sold in the Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Paris in October 2021. The price achieved of EUR 3,780.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armand Point achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Sirène in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 161,247.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Parisienne (Portrait of Hélène Linder) von Armand Point wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Sale bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.780,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Armand Point erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Sirène im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 161.247,26).
