Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bacchante Jouant De La Flûte by Armand Point was sold in the A Tribute to Symbolism auction at Artcurial in Paris in September 2017. The price achieved of EUR 5,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Armand Point achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Sirène in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 161,247.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bacchante Jouant De La Flûte von Armand Point wurde im September 2017 in der Auktion A Tribute to Symbolism bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Armand Point erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Sirène im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 161.247,26).
