The result of EUR 1,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arkady Plastov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Stepan Nazarov in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 36,500.00 (€ 51,109.44).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arkady Plastov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Stepan Nazarov im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 36.500,00 (€ 51.109,44).
