Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Zucchi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of James Adam (1732-1794), three-quarter-length, in an embroidered waistcoat and fur-lined blue coat, holding a pair of compasses, and a scroll, leaning on a capital, in an interior in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 374,500.00 (€ 472,362.25).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Zucchi erzielen.
