A top price for Antonio Henrique Amaral - as previously expected
The work Banana no prato by Antonio Henrique Amaral was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2007. The price achieved of USD 34,600.00 (€ 23,556.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Banana no prato is the most expensive artwork by Antonio Henrique Amaral that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Banana no prato von Antonio Henrique Amaral kam im November 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion.
