Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Marlene Dietrich, 1935 by Anton Bruehl was auctioned at Christies in New York in February 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,640.00 (€ 1,995.46). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Bruehl achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stocking ad, 1930s in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,087.49).
