Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape with a donkey by Antoine Vollon was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,275.00 (€ 1,477.43). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antoine Vollon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French boats On An Estuary in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 18,286.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape with a donkey von Antoine Vollon kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.275,00 (€ 1.477,43) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antoine Vollon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit French boats On An Estuary im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 18.286,11).
