In the Contemporary Art Online | New York auction, the work Blanche Oreille sold for USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,338.72) - well above the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antoine Poncet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fugue-Fougue in October 2020 with an auction result of EUR 122,500.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Antoine Poncet erzielte im Juli 2019 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | New York wurde die Arbeit Blanche Oreille für USD 23.750,00 (€ 21.338,72) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antoine Poncet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fugue-Fougue im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 122.500,00.
