A top price for Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven - as previously expected
In June 2018 Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Cependant, les problemes posees... by Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,825.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Cependant, les problemes posees... is the most expensive artwork by Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2018 führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cependant, les problemes posees... von Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.825,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Cependant, les problemes posees... das teuerste Kunstwerk von Anne-Mie van Kerckhoven, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
