Admittedly, works by Anna María Maiolino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (from the series 'Novos Outros') in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 57,782.82).

Im Oktober 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Online | New York durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (From The Series Indicios) von Anna María Maiolino zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.964,59) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 12.000,00.
