Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Envelopes by Andrew Bush was sold in the Photographs auction at Christies in New York in October 2001. The price achieved of USD 2,350.00 (€ 2,613.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Andrew Bush - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Envelopes), which sold at auction in October 2000 for USD 7,050.00 (€ 8,307.80).
