In the PhotographsSummer Cut auction, the work Man drifting near the shoulder at 61 mph on Interstate 405 around the Getty Drive exit at 4:01 p.m. on a Tuesday in September 1992 changed hands for USD 637.50 (€ 633.38) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrew Bush achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Envelopes) in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 7,050.00 (€ 8,307.80).
