Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Andreas Gefeller achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in January 2021. In the The SAATCHI Edit auction, the work Untitled (Academy of Arts, R 209) sold for GBP 6,375.00 (€ 7,209.24) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Andreas Gefeller - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Parking Site 1) 2007 from Supervisions, which sold at auction in November 2010 for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 19,418.73).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Andreas Gefeller erzielte im Januar 2021 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The SAATCHI Edit wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Academy of Arts, R 209) für GBP 6.375,00 (€ 7.209,24) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Andreas Gefeller mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Parking Site 1) 2007 from Supervisions beobachtet, die im November 2010 für GBP 16.250,00 (€ 19.418,73) versteigert wurde.
