In March 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Impressionist Modern, which included the work Paysage by André Gisson. The »bidding war« ended at USD 3,250.00 (€ 2,291.48), 63% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by André Gisson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work At The Carousel in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,842.14).

Im März 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Impressionist Modern durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paysage von André Gisson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 3.250,00 (€ 2.291,48) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von André Gisson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit At The Carousel im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.842,14).
